Caregiver (CNA/HHA) – Home Health Support

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Caregiver (CNA/HHA) to provide compassionate in‑home support to clients in Framingham and surrounding towns. You will be part of a respected team that values your contributions and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility with transfers, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Conduct vital sign checks and provide medication assistance.
• Engage clients in range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.

Required profile

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes across Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Marlborough, Southborough, Ashland, Wayland, and nearby areas.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and safety protocols.
• Competence in using mechanical lifting devices and performing vital sign measurements.
