Home Health Aide – Direct Care Worker

About the role

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role you will provide safe, respectful, and dignified care to elderly, disabled, and intellectually challenged participants in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver physical and emotional care to participants dealing with illness, injury, or disability.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation when needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, assist with medication reminders, and ensure timely intake.
• Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and support general living needs.
• Provide personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement to promote mental well‑being.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb and to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
