Home Health Account Executive

About the role

The Home Health Account Executive will execute the sales strategy to grow market share, educate the medical community about our services, and act as the primary customer‑service liaison for all home‑health referral sources.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities across multiple contacts.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to secure new and continued referrals.
• Expand the healthcare community’s use of our services through education and awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance or reliable public transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: 2+ years of successful home‑health sales experience and knowledge of home‑health coverage issues.
