Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes across the Reading Skilled Nursing area. You will be matched with cases nearest to you and work flexible schedules that fit your preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one private duty nursing care to pediatric, student, and young adult clients in Boyertown, Douglassville, and Pottstown.
• Follow client‑specific schedules, including evenings, school‑day coverage, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise and coordinate with around‑the‑clock clinical support.

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
