About the role
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, one‑to‑one home care to clients across Minnesota. You will work closely with patients in their homes, delivering reliable clinical support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes.
- Document care accurately using the Cubhub electronic charting system.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- $27–31 per hour plus differentials for nights and weekends.
- Flexible full‑time, part‑time or PRN schedules with no weekend requirement.
