Home Care Client Services Manager

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for its Fayetteville, NC Assistive Care State Programs Office. You will lead client service coordination, ensure high‑quality home care, and build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Maintain a growing caseload while monitoring fiscal metrics.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients, payors, and community organizations.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior medical office or home‑care experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid case management is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to take on increased responsibility and achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Proficient computer skills.
