About the role
Join Centro Restaurant Group’s seasonal Holiday Pop‑up team in Minneapolis, working fast‑paced Halloween and Christmas events. Positions include Bartender and Front‑of‑House support on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, guide them through ordering, and serve food and drinks.
- Run food and beverage orders, clear and clean tables, and maintain restaurant cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
- Prepare the restaurant for service and collaborate with teammates to improve guest and employee experiences.
Required profile
- Friendly, welcoming personality with strong communication skills.
- Dependable, self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.
- Evening and weekend availability; must be 18 years or older.
Required skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle diverse customers.
- Sense of urgency and strong teamwork orientation.
