Hiring Event – Community & Maintenance Roles in Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is hosting a one‑day hiring event in Los Angeles on 24 September 2026. The company will interview candidates on‑site for a range of property‑management and maintenance positions, including Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Professional, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential communities and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist senior managers with leasing activities, lease administration and tenant relations.
• Promote vacant units, conduct tours and process applications.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Perform routine repairs, troubleshoot building systems and maintain safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in community management, leasing or property maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to attend the on‑site interview event with a current résumé.
