High Volume Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a High Volume Data Entry Specialist to work remotely supporting a healthcare client. The role involves processing large amounts of patient documentation with a focus on accuracy, productivity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Download, organize, rename, reformat and convert patient records and reports from internal systems.
• Upload required documentation to payer portals following established procedures.
• Enter, review and track information in spreadsheets, databases and electronic records.
• Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with process standards.
• Assist with reporting activities, administrative processing and other deadline‑driven data workflow tasks.

Required profile

• Recent high‑volume data entry experience (minimum 2 years) in a claims, records or document‑review environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under volume pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $20.00
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM EST
• Remote work (must reside in South Carolina)
• Contract assignment through early 2027 with potential benefits for assignments 13 weeks or longer.
