About the role
Worley is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support industrial construction and maintenance projects. You will work on‑site, handling machinery safely and efficiently while following project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine material locations, quantities, and sizes.
- Safely load, unload, and position materials and equipment.
- Adjust machine settings to meet task requirements accurately and on time.
- Interpret hand signals to place materials correctly.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
- Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, and perform repetitive motions.
Required skills
- Operating heavy equipment.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Hand‑signal communication.
- Valid driver’s license.
