Healthcare Operations AI Trainer – Project Consultant

About the role

We are looking for seasoned healthcare operations professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as project consultants. In this remote, part‑time role you will evaluate AI‑generated prompts, rubrics and workflow recommendations that support care coordination, compliance, staffing and overall healthcare management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess healthcare‑management scenarios and operational prompts for accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics against regulatory standards and workflow best practices.
• Identify policy gaps, escalation risks, or coordination issues within AI outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks.
• Draft benchmark responses for sample healthcare operations scenarios.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to fictionalization requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare administration, medical operations management or related fields.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance standards and patient‑safety considerations.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Relevant credentials such as MHA, RN or equivalent are preferred.
