Health Office Manager

About the role

Cornerstone Support Services is seeking a Health Office Manager to oversee daily operations in its residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on efficient administrative processes, medication oversight, and ensuring high‑quality health care for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intra‑office communication protocols and streamline administrative procedures.
• Instruct staff on medication administration through required training courses and enforce compliance with related policies.
• Monitor health‑related services for compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, as well as Individual Support Plans.
• Maintain comprehensive medical health records for all individuals supported in the residential program.
• Collaborate with residents, multidisciplinary team members, and external medical professionals to coordinate physical and psychological support.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a compassionate, friendly demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Supply management experience.
