Health Care Management Program Director & Instructor

About the role

The State of Georgia seeks a dynamic professional to lead and teach its Health Care Management program. This full‑time, twelve‑month faculty position combines online and face‑to‑face instruction, curriculum development, and student advising.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate courses in both online and classroom settings.
• Develop curricula, lesson plans, syllabi, and assessment tools aligned with accreditation standards.
• Provide academic advising, registration support, and mentorship to students.
• Participate in department, college, and university committees.
• Maintain and update course materials using Blackboard and other e‑learning platforms.

Required profile

• Full‑time faculty appointment for a twelve‑month academic year.
• Demonstrated expertise in health care management education.
• Ability to assess student performance and support certification success.
• Willingness to undergo background, motor‑vehicle, and reference checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard and other online learning systems.
• Instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer technology applied to education.
