Head of Marketing, Americas

About the role

Air Tahiti Nui is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing for the Americas region. You will lead all marketing and brand activities, drive digital sales, and collaborate closely with sales, revenue management and external partners to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, approve expenditures and allocate resources.
• Lead digital and e‑commerce initiatives to increase website traffic, conversion rates and direct sales.
• Oversee advertising, public relations and social‑media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with sales directors, pricing supervisors, airport managers and head‑office marketing teams.
• Build and nurture partnerships with tourism boards, OTAs, metasearch partners and industry stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop the regional marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level marketing leadership experience, preferably in travel or aviation.
• Strong digital marketing expertise and a track record of driving online sales.
• Excellent strategic planning, budget management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
