About the role

The Head of Hospitality will lead the guest experience at Thom Sweeney's Madison Avenue boutique, ensuring every client feels welcomed, comfortable and valued from arrival to departure. This senior‑level position combines front‑of‑house management, event support and brand ambassadorship within a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests, offer refreshments, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of bar and hospitality areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, create a seamless luxury experience, and support sales associates during appointments.
• Build rapport with clients, maintain conversation, and ensure no guest feels unattended.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, manage guest arrivals, and coordinate deliveries and daily opening standards.
• Assist with in‑store events, prepare hospitality areas, and deliver exceptional service throughout.
• Act as a brand ambassador, uphold impeccable personal presentation, and demonstrate genuine passion for luxury service.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end retail service preferred.
