Head of Creative Operations

About the role

Pop! Promos is seeking a Head of Creative Operations to lead a high‑volume Creative Services team that delivers hundreds of on‑demand designs each week. This senior position blends strategic vision with hands‑on operational expertise, focusing on quality, automation, and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Creative Services department, shaping how virtual artwork drives demand and accelerates sales.
• Directly manage the Creative Services Manager and oversee the entire creative team, setting annual and quarterly goals aligned with company priorities.
• Establish a scalable quality‑review framework to ensure technical standards, product specifications, and brand accuracy at high volume.
• Own departmental metrics—artist productivity, capacity, and quality—and use data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Business Operations to optimize workflows, implement automation platforms, and integrate AI tools to increase output and reduce turnaround time.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to translate client requirements into improved artwork quality and identify new service opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑volume creative operations or similar fast‑paced production environments.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, capable of setting standards and holding teams accountable.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with two remote days per week.
