Head of Corporate Strategy & Development (Virtual)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a senior strategy executive to serve as the chief architect of enterprise direction and capital allocation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Corporate Strategy & Development will guide long‑range planning, corporate development, and execution of strategic priorities across a matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise‑wide strategic agenda, set the 3‑5 year planning cycle and develop the long‑range plan (LRP).
• Define organic growth priorities, capital allocation recommendations and track key performance metrics.
• Lead the full corporate development lifecycle—from pipeline sourcing and deal structuring to valuation, due diligence, negotiation and post‑merger integration.
• Drive competitive intelligence, market analysis, scenario planning and integration performance tracking.
• Manage a matrixed governance model across functional areas and business units.
• Serve as primary strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in strategic planning, corporate development and M&A, both buy‑side and sell‑side.
• Proven ability to influence and mobilize complex, matrixed organizations.
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic initiatives.
