About the role
We are seeking a Head of Content / Creative Director to define the creative vision and content strategy for L1VE’s immersive experiences, episodic series, and emerging formats. The role will shape narrative arcs, tone, and pacing across live moments, shoulder programming, and series‑based content, ensuring every experience is emotionally compelling and editorially intentional.
Key responsibilities
- Define the creative and editorial north star for live immersive events, linear programming, and episodic series.
- Establish L1VE’s creative point of view and programming philosophy as a network.
- Oversee continuity from pre‑production through execution, release, and post‑event reflection.
- Lead content strategy across priority verticals such as sports, music, brand partnerships, and L1VE shopping.
- Shape a programming cadence that blends tentpole moments, shoulder content, and serialized series.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary content and creative team, setting clear editorial standards.
- Collaborate with rights holders, creators, talent, and brand partners to co‑create premium immersive experiences.
- Use qualitative and quantitative signals to refine programming and creative direction.
Required profile
- 5+ years in a senior creative leadership role with strong editorial instincts.
- Network‑level mindset and ability to think across multiple formats and verticals.
- Proven track record of setting and executing a cohesive creative vision.
