Hawker - Allianz Amphitheater

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Hawker for the Allianz Amphitheater in Richmond. On event day, the Hawker sells food and/or beverage through the concourse and in-stand, while also offering the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests.

Key responsibilities

• Walk through the venue and aggressively sell products through the concourse and in-stand
• Offer the best possible customer service to guests
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales after the event
• Provide product knowledge and handle stock replenishment
• Maintain inventory control
• Keep a professional attitude and appearance, and maintain consistency in behaviour
• Enhance the fan experience and show initiative and independence

Required profile

• Able to transfer high energy into sales and able to do math without a cash drawer
• Outgoing, effective interpersonal and oral communication skills, and a team player
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and under pressure
• Ability to walk up and down stairs carrying up to 20 lbs
• Follows safety policies and completes company-wide and job-specific safety training
