About the role

Martin Motorsports is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Harley‑Davidson shop in Bowling Green. You will work in a clean, air‑conditioned environment, handling a wide range of motorcycle repairs while adhering to dealership and factory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and execute appropriate fixes.
• Communicate with the Parts department to obtain needed components.
• Update the service manager and service advisor on timelines and completion dates.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience or formal training in motorcycle repair.
• Valid driver’s license with an M endorsement.
• Ability to work safely in a shop environment and follow dealership standards.
