Hardscape Field Supervisor / Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a growing hardscape contractor serving the Lowcountry region, seeks a hands‑on Hardscape Field Supervisor / Project Manager to lead field operations, manage multiple residential and commercial projects, and ensure efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active hardscape projects from start to finish, supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily logistics—including manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling—across several job sites.
• Serve as primary field contact for homeowners, general contractors, and builders, providing proactive communication.
• Monitor jobsite quality, safety, progress, and customer satisfaction through regular visits.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, documentation, and project reporting.
• Assist with inspections, closeout activities, and yard/fleet organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of construction project management or field supervision experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and crews simultaneously.
• Experience working with both residential customers and commercial partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to reprioritize quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive for document management.
• Experience using JobTread or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with CRM/project management systems.
