Guest Service Support Expert (Casa Nonna)

About the role

Casa Nonna, a restaurant within The Ritz-Carlton in Palm Beach, is looking for a Guest Service Support Expert. The role takes the initiative and delivers a wide range of services so that food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the expert supports the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables and assist the kitchen
• Clean work areas and replenish supplies
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information
• Work on their feet and move around, standing, sitting or walking for long periods, including on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces
• Take a hands-on approach: move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, reach overhead and below the knees, and bend, twist, pull and stoop
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance and communication

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
