Guest Service Representative – Front Desk (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to guarantee seamless operations.
• Process payments, assign rooms, and resolve any guest issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk records and uphold hotel policies.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to problem‑solving.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
