About the role
Join the front desk team at Hampton Inn Morehead City to greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner while upholding hotel and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, register them, assign rooms, and handle payment verification.
- Make and confirm reservations, compute bills, collect payments and provide change.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, resolve complaints or elevate to a supervisor.
- Secure guests' valuables, assist in the breakfast area, and help with luggage during peak periods.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, balance accounts, and conduct audits.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS) platforms.
