About the role
Brightline is looking for enthusiastic Guest Service Agents to join our station teams. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, creating welcoming experiences and ensuring smooth station operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information about tickets, routes, schedules, and station amenities.
- Assist with ticket kiosk usage, sales, refunds, upgrades, and credit‑based purchases.
- Handle baggage check‑in, checkpoint screening, and support special‑needs guests, including wheelchair assistance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized station environment.
- Monitor internal communication channels (e.g., bConnected) during work hours.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and offer alternative solutions or upsell enhanced services when appropriate.
Required profile
- Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to stay friendly under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to a diverse guest base.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, service‑focused team.
