Guest Experience Curator – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Experience Curator is the pre‑arrival steward of each guest’s stay at Twin Farms, a Forbes Five‑Star, all‑inclusive luxury resort in Vermont. You will shape personalized on‑property journeys, ensuring every detail feels intentional, seamless, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate each guest’s arrival logistics, dining preferences, activities, spa experiences, and special celebrations.
• Collaborate closely with all resort departments to deliver a cohesive, high‑touch experience.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and anticipate needs before arrival.
• Make independent, thoughtful decisions that align with luxury service standards.
• Provide clear, confident communication with guests and internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience in Forbes Five‑Star, Relais & Châteaux, or comparable luxury hospitality environments.
• Refined service style rooted in professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment, resourcefulness, and calm presence in a high‑touch setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional schedule adjustments.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
