GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst, Account Management

About the role

Vanta is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the day‑to‑day operations and strategic execution of its global Account Management organization. You will partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to improve forecasting, pipeline generation, renewals, expansion, and overall operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational partner for Account Managers, handling escalations related to account ownership, renewals, expansion, pipeline, and GTM data.
• Own the Account Management operating rhythm, including forecast preparation, business reviews, scorecards, and performance reporting.
• Analyze renewal, expansion, pipeline, and retention data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular audits of pipeline, opportunities, account books, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to improve data quality.
• Support book management and account movement, ensuring accurate territory and ownership changes.
• Partner with leadership to enhance pipeline generation and expansion motions, tracking performance against targets.
• Develop and maintain source‑of‑truth reporting and operating metrics, primarily within Salesforce and other GTM systems.
• Collaborate with Systems, Analytics, Finance, Deal Desk, and other Revenue Operations teams to implement process and tooling improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent partnership skills, able to work closely with field teams and leadership.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical function.
