GTM Recruiter

About the role

Serval is an AI‑native automation platform building intelligent agents that automate high‑volume operational work. As a GTM Recruiter you will own the hiring strategy for the go‑to‑market teams, helping the company grow from around 70 to over 200 employees while maintaining a high talent bar.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing plans and run full‑cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, GTM leadership and business roles.
• Partner with founders and function heads to forecast headcount, define candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance, especially for senior roles.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, tools and data tracking to make GTM hiring predictable.
• Generate top‑of‑funnel pipelines through outreach, referrals, events and competitor mapping.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to craft authentic employer‑brand messaging.
• Track and report metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates and time‑to‑hire to improve efficiency.
• Align with Engineering, Product and Recruiting peers to ensure consistent hiring standards across the company.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles in fast‑paced SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven success building sales and marketing teams in high‑growth, outbound‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions (SMB, mid‑market, enterprise) and sales org structures.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to convey Serval’s mission to candidates.
• High agency and adaptability, able to operate autonomously in an early‑stage environment.
• Based in or willing to work from the San Francisco headquarters, five days a week.
