About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior GTM Programs Manager for the Americas to translate strategic go‑to‑market priorities into measurable, high‑impact programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership, driving initiatives that accelerate the safe adoption of frontier AI across leading enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AMER Sales Leadership, providing data‑backed insights and shaping strategic initiatives.
• Own GTM programs end‑to‑end, converting leadership priorities into structured plans with clear objectives, owners, and milestones.
• Define measurement plans before launch, establishing baselines, targets, and metrics to attribute uplift.
• Integrate programs into the GTM operating cadence for visibility in leadership reviews.
• Build dashboards and reporting that surface program performance at every organizational level.
• Package successful industry patterns, use cases, and activation motions for broader rollout.
