GTM Enablement Partner (Fixed Term)

About the role

Everlaw is hiring a fixed-term, full-time exempt GTM Enablement Partner to cover its GTM Enablement team during a planned parental leave. The role partners with Customer Success, Sales and the wider enablement team to keep enablement programs running, maintain existing initiatives, coordinate logistics for training and events, and support learning resources across the customer lifecycle. It is based in the Oakland, California office with a hybrid schedule (in the office M/W/Th, home Tu/Fr) and runs about 6-7 months, with possible conversion to permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the logistics and execution of enablement programs, trainings and events for the GTM Customer Success team
• Coordinate with CS, Sales, Marketing and Product to keep initiatives on track
• Maintain and update enablement content in the LMS and CMS platforms
• Support onboarding, skills training and ongoing learning programs
• Track timelines, milestones and deliverables so programs launch on schedule
• Gather and organize feedback and data to inform program iteration
• Help prepare materials for leadership reviews and enablement communications
• Collaborate on global initiatives across CS and Sales

Required profile

• Strong project manager and coordinator who has run cross-functional programs or events
• Process- and detail-oriented, able to balance details with the big picture
• Clear communicator, able to explain complex topics to different audiences
• Thrives with autonomy and can prioritize competing demands
• Curious and adaptable, willing to learn the function
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in project management, event coordination, enablement, L&D or a related operational role, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship

What we offer

• Expected salary range of $144,000 to $182,000, depending on experience and skills
