GSE Servicer - Aerospace Ground Equipment

About the role

AOC Global Services is hiring a full-time GSE Servicer at Nellis Air Force Base to service and maintain aerospace ground equipment (AGE) and vehicles. The role covers daily servicing, inspections, minor maintenance and reporting, with work in offices, hangars and on the flight line.

Key responsibilities

• Service equipment with fuel, oil, coolant, water, hydraulic fluid and air, and operate, clean, inspect and service vehicles
• Manage and inspect AGE sub-pools according to established standards and report changes to AGE minimum equipment levels
• Assist with troubleshooting and perform minor maintenance such as changing batteries, tires, belts and hoses
• Prepare equipment for storage and mobility deployment when required
• Store, handle, use and dispose of hazardous materials and waste according to environmental standards
• Perform periodic and other hourly or calendar inspections, and complete maintenance forms and enter actions into the MIS system
• Receive technical guidance from managers, supervisors, leads or higher-level technicians and follow their directions
• Perform housekeeping within 100 feet of work areas and vehicle wash duties, and carry out other supportive duties as assigned

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years performing USAF or sister-service fighter AGE GSE or vehicle support equipment functions
• High school diploma or GED; mathematics skills desirable
• Fluent English, able to interpret technical data and operating instructions
• Willingness to deploy to support off-station requirements
• Active Secret security clearance (or higher if required) and ability to obtain and maintain it
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government driver's license, and pass a color vision test if CMA access is needed
• Physical capability for climbing, standing, bending, kneeling and walking in an environment ranging from office to flight line
