Growth Marketer, SEO and Lifecycle

About the role

Rare Candy is seeking a Growth Marketer to elevate its programmatic SEO and enhance lifecycle marketing. You will create automated, AI‑driven pages for trading‑card data and run email, push, and activation experiments to grow and retain collectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the programmatic SEO roadmap, identifying page types, keyword clusters, and internal‑linking opportunities.
• Build and scale pages using card/product data, automation tools, and AI, prioritizing Pokémon sets first.
• Collaborate with engineering on structured data, indexing, and technical SEO.
• Set quality‑control checks for accuracy, duplication, and brand voice.
• Partner with the lifecycle team on email, push, segmentation, activation, and retention campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with large, data‑heavy sites and programmatic SEO.
• Comfortable building automation and AI‑driven workflows at scale.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
• Passion for trading‑card games or collector communities.
