Growth General Manager – Texas

About the role

Texas is the market where Clarity Pediatrics plans to invest and experiment most aggressively. We are hiring a Growth GM to lead the Texas expansion and to create a repeatable market playbook that can be rolled out nationwide. The role combines hands‑on market experimentation with building a high‑performing growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Texas growth, coordinating marketing, inside sales, on‑the‑ground reps, and MD advisors into a single growth engine.
• Design and run experiments across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin to identify the most effective channels and partnership models.
• Document a repeatable playbook based on learnings and scale it to future markets.
• Build and lead the local growth team, hiring as the market expands.
• Develop and nurture relationships with pediatricians, medical directors, health‑system leaders, and payers to drive referrals and provider activation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or health‑tech startups, with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to do hands‑on work such as clinic visits and drop‑bys.
• Deep understanding of provider relationships, referral patterns, and payer dynamics in healthcare.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate quickly.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Texas and preferably based near the market.
