Growth Analytics & Operations Lead

About the role

Haystack News is seeking a Growth Analytics & Operations Lead to partner with Business Development and Marketing leaders. You will own the data, processes, and experiments that drive user acquisition, partnership performance, and ROI across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and automate reporting dashboards for revenue, partnerships, and marketing campaigns using Snowflake and tools such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Build and monitor A/B testing frameworks with Product and Data teams, applying statistical rigor.
• Identify actionable insights to accelerate user growth, partner success, and marketing ROI.
• Streamline BD and Marketing workflows through automation and tool integration.
• Conduct financial modeling and deal analysis to predict efficacy, CPI, and CAC.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure tracking integrity, forecast accuracy, and visibility into growth levers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in analytics, business operations, or growth roles at a high‑growth tech or media company.
• Data‑native mindset with strong storytelling and partnership skills.

• SQL (fluent)
• Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse
• Dashboard tools: Looker, Mode, Tableau or equivalents
• Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms
