Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Director to lead large‑scale healthcare communications engagements. The role blends strategic insight, client partnership, and team leadership to deliver innovative, integrated marketing solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements of varying size in a fast‑paced environment.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Provide strategic guidance while ensuring flawless execution of tactics.
• Advise clients on integrated marketing and communications decisions, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key media channels to execute services strategically.
• Create high‑level communications plans (annual, quarterly, etc.).
• Lead operational efforts and own financial performance, including budget tracking, staffing, and billability.
• Ensure account teams meet the highest quality standards and respond to client requests promptly.
• Collaborate with shared service leads to expand integrated business offerings.
