Groundskeeper – Residential Community

About the role
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community’s exterior spaces and shared amenities. This full‑time position supports the service team by keeping the grounds clean, handling waste removal, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting with apartment turnover activities.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make‑ready process, transfer waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep those storage spaces clean.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover.
- Change all locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates and other security features are properly maintained.
