Groundskeeper – Renaissance at Santa Rosa

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s physical appearance, grounds, and amenities are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Working on‑site at the Renaissance at Santa Rosa property, you will support the service team and help maintain high standards of curb appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all amenities tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with turn‑over activities.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify pool gate functionality meets safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
