Groundskeeper / Porter – Park Crossing, Fairfield

About the role
We are looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of the Park Crossing community in Fairfield. The role ensures that the grounds, amenities and common areas are clean, safe and meet Greystar’s standards while supporting the service team.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist with general upkeep of landscaping, pathways, and outdoor facilities to preserve curb appeal.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
- Renewal bonus potential.
