Groundskeeper / Porter for Student Living Community

About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the Monarch 716 student living community. This role supports the service team by ensuring common areas, amenities, and vacant units are kept tidy and ready for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring common areas and amenities remain neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turn‑over.
- Change all locks in accordance with security procedures and support the service team with additional tasks as needed.
