Groundskeeper / Porter (Escena)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter for its Escena community in Las Vegas. The role ensures the community’s physical appearance, grounds, and amenities are maintained to high standards while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep common areas and amenities clean.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates and access points are secure.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as litter removal, trash handling, and lock changes.
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Capability to follow property policies and work collaboratively with service team members.
