Groundskeeper for WaterWall Place Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the physical appearance and safety of the WaterWall Place community, maintaining grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and keep common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks per policy and verify pool gate functionality meets safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and risk‑management procedures.
