About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s outdoor areas are clean, well‑maintained, and visually appealing. This full‑time position supports the service team in keeping common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal at high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover.
• Change all locks in accordance with property policy.

Required profile

• Ability to perform daily inspections of outdoor areas and promptly address litter and debris.
• Capability to handle trash removal, transport, and storage maintenance.
• Competence in completing minor service tasks and supporting turnover processes.
• Knowledge of lock‑changing procedures and adherence to property policies.
