Graphic Designer – Visual Content & Branding

About the role

glassybaby is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to work on‑site in Redmond, WA. You will create compelling visual content that reflects the brand’s artistic vision and supports marketing, events, and retail initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, graphics, and branding assets for multiple platforms.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Produce high‑quality creative assets for marketing communications, social posts, blogs, and digital ads.
• Develop and manage a database of ready‑to‑use still and video assets for internal teams.
• Create layouts for internal communications and business materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adapt designs for various platforms.
• Produce short‑form promotional videos for social media and website use.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphic design and visual content creation.
• Experience with logo design, branding, and typographic detail.
• Portfolio that showcases professional design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
