Graphic Designer / Production Artist

About the role

DaBella, a fast‑growing home‑improvement company, is looking for a Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join its Austin office. You will create and finalize a variety of marketing assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and are ready for print or digital distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and modify graphics for print, web, and social media.
• Prepare final artwork for production, following brand guidelines and technical specs.
• Proofread designs for text, image, and layout accuracy.
• Manage file naming, archiving, and version control.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related coursework.
• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
