Graphic Designer – Marketing & Proposal Support

About the role

Matrix Technologies is seeking a Graphic Designer to join one of its eight U.S. offices. The role supports branding, marketing, and proposal efforts by turning complex engineering concepts into clear visual communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials that align with brand standards using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Create digital and print marketing assets such as brochures, email graphics, trade‑show displays, posters, and social‑media visuals.
• Maintain and update the library of brand assets, templates, and corporate imagery.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and automation teams to gather accurate project information and translate it into visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and travel up to 10‑15%.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal environments.
