Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to own end‑to‑end design for new AI‑powered product experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, accountants and leadership to turn complex problems into intuitive, high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full design process from research and concepts through prototyping, testing and launch.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS, fintech and AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop interaction models that enable effective collaboration between users and AI agents.
• Build scalable UI components and contribute to a consistent design system.
• Use AI‑powered design tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven track record taking at least one product from concept to launch (0‑to‑1).
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, enterprise or AI‑powered products.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in New York City, five days a week.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI design tools such as Claude, Figma AI or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.
