Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Graphic Designer will support Woman’s Hospital’s brand and marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual content for both internal and external communications. You will work closely with marketing leadership, project coordinators, and creative vendors to deliver on‑brand storytelling across a variety of media.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual materials for web and print, including digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, brochures, annual reports, flyers and posters.
• Apply core graphic design principles while maintaining the hospital’s corporate brand and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the creative supervisor to produce high‑quality collateral.
• Work with the in‑house print shop and external vendors to communicate specifications and ensure production quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and provide status updates to supervisors and coordinators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; After Effects skills are preferred.
