Graphic Designer

About the role

Matrix Technologies is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join one of its eight U.S. offices. You will produce visual assets that support brand, marketing, and proposal initiatives across engineering, construction, and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials that align with brand standards.
• Create digital and print marketing collateral such as brochures, email graphics, trade‑show displays, and social‑media assets.
• Maintain and update the library of brand assets, templates, and corporate imagery.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and automation teams to translate technical information into clear visuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an engineering, architecture, or construction environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal environments.
