Graphic Designer

About the role

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate brand stories into compelling visual experiences across a variety of media. You will work on everything from large‑scale signage to digital assets, helping shape the visual identity of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in concept and design brainstorming sessions.
• Translate high‑level concepts into brand‑appropriate design directions and mock‑ups.
• Create polished moodboards, presentations, animation boards, logos, lockups, patterns, and environmental graphics.
• Maintain consistent creative quality while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects with fast deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Stay updated on design trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Present work internally and to clients with leadership guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and support additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, experiential, and environmental design work.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
