Graphic Designer

About the role

Bonnie Clyde® is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to create on‑brand visual assets across web, email, social, paid ads, packaging, retail, events, campaigns, and product launches. You will join a small, high‑standard creative team and help sharpen the brand’s visual consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and motion graphics for paid and organic social, email newsletters, website, retail displays, events, and product launches.
• Build and maintain visual systems for recurring marketing needs, including automated email flows and ad creatives.
• Create fresh visual assets for the e‑commerce storefront that align with current campaigns and product stories.
• Produce event graphics such as flyers, decals, signage, and retail displays.
• Assist with art direction for photo and video shoots, lifestyle imagery, pop‑up concepts, and other creative projects.
• Support the development of the brand identity system, including typography, layout templates, packaging, and recurring visual formats.
• Color‑correct, retouch, crop, and prepare product and lifestyle photography for web, email, social, ads, and print.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal team to review proofs, finalize assets, and ensure visual consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, music, culture, or a related creative field.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and image‑treatment skills.
• Excellent visual taste and ability to interpret brand direction.
• Comfortable designing across multiple formats (web, email, social, ads, packaging, retail, print, presentations).
• Proactive in research and trend‑watching, with a genuine interest in fashion, art, music, design, culture, and photography.
• Ability to work quickly, take direct feedback, and iterate without delay.
